The Operations Manager will be an integral part of ensuring effective teams in securing the marketplace and promoting a professional atmosphere. This leader will provide direction, coaching, and mentorship to a global 24/7 team and driving continuous improvement. 

 

 Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the teams to drive measurable business outcomes and enabling great user experiences
  • Be an expert in core infrastructure, tools, systems, and data
  • Lead a high-performance team by establishing team goals and working with direct reports on strategies for executing at scale, measuring progress and sharing results
  • Be a thought partner with Policy and Process team members in developing and implementing solutions to managing compliant and professional marketplace
  • Driver for workforce management
  • Be an advocate for users in partnering with policy, process teams, and other operations teams and customer facing departments

 

What it takes to catch our eye:

  • 4+ years experience in operations
  • 2+ years experience in people management
  • Experience in investigations, case management 

 

How to really knock our socks off:

  • Trust and Safety Operations experience at a lead or management level
  • Experience with analytics and experience solving problems using data and providing practical business insights
  • Experience in assessing, analyzing and resolving issues, and distilling into communication
